Professional Organizer

Our company provides Professional Organizing, Relocation, and Lifestyle Management Services for busy people who don't have time to do it all. We are actively looking for people who can act as a leader or be part of a team. Our company needs people who are comfortable working with clients in their homes or offices. We are looking for someone that lives in the NY metro area so that they can easily travel to their client’s destination. We need people who have:

  • Passion for being organized
  • The need to be very detailed oriented
  • Poise to interact with high level clients
  • An attitude of “make it happen”
  • Project Management skills
  • The ability to “think on their feet”
  • Ability to assess a situation and make executive decisions
  • Self confidence to be a lead organizer

This is a full-time position, but we can not guarantee hours. Our schedule is driven by the needs of our clients-some weeks are busier than others but we are looking for someone who is extremely flexible - flexibility is key.
